STEP 1

Collate your information and connect with us.

Have ready -

1. Full Address (for site specific engineering).

2. Your dimensions - Width x Length x Height.

3. Knowledge of your block. Prior to considering a Class 1a Liveable Shed, you should contact your local council about the possibility.

4. Decide if you will be an Owner Builder or have a Registered Builder project manage for you.

Site visits are rarely required at quoting stage.

We here at Project Sheds WA we understand that you are about to embark on a substantial financial commitment however for the purposes of quoting on your design, we have access to the latest aerial imagery and council mapping software. This is enough for us to ensure that should you place an order, the shed kit arriving to site is engineered correctly.

You may have unlimited changes to your design until it perfectly meets your vision.

When you place your order you have the choice between 2 payment options:

10% Deposit

40% Manufacture

50% Final payment

STEP 3

Once the engineering has been signed and certified we are ready to go to council.

We provide support and guidance throughout this process as a complementary service. Project Sheds WA want you to have a pleasant experience!

We ask you to exercise patience during this period while the council consider the application. They may or may not have questions to be answered, or request further applications. This is very common and is not an indication that the application will be denied. Project Sheds WA sheds and shed homes do not fail on engineering.

STEP 4

CONGRATULATIONS!

You have received your Building Licence and the shed kit has a confirmed delivery date.

You are not obligated to use our recommended tradesmen for a concrete slab and kit assembly, however if you do we liaise with them on your behalf, keeping them updated on your progress and schedule.

We like to coordinate so you do not have down time on site, plus we are as excited as you to see the finished product!
